XTERRA Del Valle

I had such a great time last year, there was no way I would miss it this year.  I would even race in a purple speedo if I had to. Glad Todd Jackson found  such a great venue to hold this XTERRA. Unfortunately the race course arrows were vandalized by random people the day before.  They moved arrows and they were pointing all over the place so the results were also...all over the place. Never the less, I had a great time.  My friend Nick Diaz also raced and also followed a faulty arrow. It was a bummer but we had a great day of hard racing regardless.

Wow, that is not the way I see it. Lake Del Valle it a great venue but nonetheless it does not excuse the course marking to be off. This happend two years in a row and there is no excuse for it. Also, the USAT forms were from 2009if you signed up for a yearly USAT and then went to another race with the paper work the other races will not accept it. I just find it crazy that people are okay with this type of service.

Sorry Damian that I disagree but it is what it is.

Yeah I totally understand. I figured after last year, it would not happen this year but...it did. I think I shrugged it off because I wasnt racing for the points. I think only 2 of us were not in the points series. I did feel everyones frustration. I heard they might not have XTERRA there next year?
